Eligibility and Income Qualifications
Geneseo Commons is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community for adults 62 and older. All household members must be 62 or older, and household income must fall within program limits for household size. Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8) are accepted.
